This declaration applies to Design Sheet Metal Pty Ltd (The Design Sheet Metal Unit Trust: ABN 15 242 636 003) only. In order for us to fulfill our service obligations to you at the highest standard possible there are several parameters that an order must adhere to. 24 hour lead time is a statement applied to our Custom Flashings production only all other products such as Custom Fabrication, Panels and Cladding and any Goods Bought In have various lead times which may change at any given time subject to availability. Custom Flashings orders that are either very substantial or intricate may take a longer time to produce and therefore will not meet the aforementioned statement. No order will go into production until full payment is made, all clients that do not have an account with us will need to be on a prepaid/ pay as you go structure. Our order cut off time for Custom Flashings is 16:30 EST Monday – Thursday. Any orders put through after 16:30 EST will be processed the day after and therefore will proceed as a 48 hour lead time from time of ordering. Orders placed after 16:30 EST on Thursdays will be fully processed and completed the following Monday. Although the 25 hour turnaround statement may apply to both delivery and pick up, final lead time will depend on location. This statement excludes regional deliveries, although we will endeavour to fulfill your order as soon as possible, we have set days during the week for deliveries in specific regions.
